Not No.9 – Romelu will Probably Wear this Number After Completing Man Utd Move

Manchester United have officially agreed a fee to sign Romelu Lukaku from the Toffees in the summer transfer window.
Moreover, the Belgian international has also completed his medical (Daily Mail via Lukaku Instagram) with the club as well so we can expect him to seal his move to Old Trafford very soon.
The question is, what shirt number will Lukaku be wearing after sealing his move to Manchester United?
The 24-year-old striker wears the No.9 shirt for the senior national side. On the other hand, for Everton, he wore the No.10 shirt.

With Zlatan Ibrahimovic no longer at Manchester United, the No.9 shirt is vacant. Moreover, Rooney is close to a return (Sky) to Everton which means that the No.10 shirt will be vacant as well.
According to Mirror, Lukaku is not expected to wear the No.9 shirt, instead he will most probably wear the No.10 shirt for the Red Devils. The British source also mentioned that Victor Lindelof will wear the No.2 jersey.
