Arsenal's New Signing Will Earn £150,000-a-week

Arsenal confirmed their first capture of the summer transfer window by agreeing a big money deal with Bosnian left back Sead Kolasinac.
The North Londoners have agreed a five year deal (Daily Mail) with the 23-year-old star, who will arrive (subject to the completion of all regulatory processes) on a free transfer from German Bundesliga side Schalke.
Kolasinac is a versatile talent, who is naturally a left back but last season, Schalke mainly utilized him in the left midfield position. At Arsenal, we can expect Wenger to use him in the left wing back position in the 3-4-2-1 formation.
Sead can also play in the central defense if needed. He scored three goals and provided nine assists in 36 outings for Schalke in the last campaign.
Since the Gunners paid no transfer fee to secure the signing, it was obvious that Kolasinac would look for a decent salary. If reports in the media are anything to go by then for the time being, he will earn more than star playmakers like Alexis and Ozil.
Alexis is earning £130,000-a-week and record signing Ozil is getting £140,000-a-week. Kolasinac is set to earn £150,000-a-week (Daily Star & The Sun).
Last month, we covered a report (via Mirror and Daily Mail) claiming that the North Londoners have made huge offers to agree new contracts with Mesut and Sanchez. The duo have not put pen to paper as yet.
