DONE: Manchester United Seal Yet Another Deal

Thomas VermaelenArsenal fans are going to be furious seeing their former captains join premier league rivals. After Cesc Fabregas joined Chelsea now current captain Vermaelen is moving to Man United.
Manchester United fans will be hoping that news in the media are true and by that they would have sealed yet another deal for a defender.
As per previous reports, Manchester United agreed a huge deal for Southampton full back Luke Shaw who had been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford over the past few months.
The left back is currently on international duty with England in the World Cup and is expected to complete signing upon return.
Now, According to Telegraph, Manchester United have sealed deal for Arsenal captain and Belgian international Thomas Vermaelen.
As per the provided link, the former Ajax star who earns £70,000 a week, will earn £100,000 a week with Manchester United who will pay less than £10 million to hire his services.
Koscielny and Mertesacker have formed a decent partnership at Arsenal and that meant less playing time for Vermaelen.
The Belgian star could only feature in 14 league appearances for Arsenal last season but will be glad that his tenure ended after lifting club’s first trophy, FA Cup in 9 years.
United were also linked with central defenders like Mats Hummels and Bruno Martins Indi but for now have sealed Vermaelen deal who is by all means an experienced defender but currently not in his top form.

We dont need verminator. Go for garay or varane or hummel

  2. Dan Toose says:

United haven’t sealed ANY deals at all yet, so talking about sealing another one is ludicrous. Maybe the player has agreed personal terms with United, but that’s just one of three required steps for a deal to be done. Until Arsenal agree to sell, and also agree to a bid from United, this isn’t happening.

  3. Sediki says:

This would be such a stuped deal for united
We don’t need rubbish player go to hell
    Woody????????????!? Word

  4. phillip gessa says:

there isn’t any signs please, am afraid this wood wood man is about to fail like he did last time. the glazeir family should try to bring back Peter Kenyon

  5. Alapo says:

The so call Glazeir family are too reluctant on sacking this impotent wood of a thing. He has nothing good to show for, no direction, no solid aim. Just scouting for other clubs, I have come to realize that other clubs snatch all utd targeted players because they always believe any player mentioned by united is a good one.

  6. Barry Joe says:

Who tell you that anway.if it what Ed want for United the he will soon follow DM out.

  7. rock sohlohkay says:

Ouch!!! Wood have started again as he did last summer, he has the time to scout players and identify good and quality players but… I think he’s shy or afraid to convincing the players for their services, wood step up and do ur job. This is united not ***, well this shows wood is incompetent at all, he’s lazy just have time to scout.

  8. innocenttee says:

it has always been a pain for me as this so called wood wood always fail to prove his worth regarding united transfer, may be he feels reluctant to convince world class players and what he doesnt know is that he has to everything it takes to land the targeted ones because lack of european football make it difficult to approach high profile player even if u are ready to meet up with their term agreement.
my people i realy thought that instead of sacking DM man united should have sacked headwood because he is extremely contributing to man united failure.

  9. Frederick says:

This is really dead wood. Other teams who have good players like Cheski Man C have already sealed deals, But Man U hasn’t. Oh my God!! Players are there even at a cheap price but no one has been signed. We have read in many medias about many players coming to OT, end up with nothing. Please, Glazers get for us some one good who can sign for united players otherwise, nothing solved yet from last season humiliation. Already we have a good manager but, players. Led the dead wood face the sack. He could be the one who failed Moyes

  10. Ntulume James says:

Man u is a big team with a credible manager who can attract any world-class player so it remains in Ed’s court to prove what ability he has in luring that class of players that measure to the class of our beloved club. So Ed arise

  11. Proof Loriroof says:

    Deadwoods don’t make a forest..

  12. imani jonasy says:

Ed wood is a deadman i wonder this is going to be like last season stupidy eddddd
