The Happiest Man United Star after David Moyes' Exit

Van Persie United vs ArsenalFormer Arsenal captain Robin van Persie was the deadliest striker in the country after joining the Red Devils at the start of last season.
The Dutch international played a pivotal role in helping United win the title under the management of Alex Ferguson.
However, as Moyes joined the club, there was no player more badly influenced than Robin van Persie.
His haunting days of injuries returned and for most part of this season, Robin van Persie has been on the treatment table.
Not only that, the ex gunner got so frustrated with the performances and the manager that he openly criticized the players as well as manager’s tactics that were not helping him. RvP claimed after losing the first leg against Olympiacos in CL.

“It was quite difficult because my team-mates are often in the area where I want to play,”
“That’s why I have to change my tactics. Unfortunately, they are often in my area.”

Surely, Robin van Persie will be the happiest star after David Moyes’ Man United exit. He was heavily linked with a move away from United this summer but Moyes’ departure can change all that.
As per reports, RvP has told Louis van Gaal to wait for United job and he is one of the few linked with the managerial hot seat. If the Dutch coach gets the job then perhaps we can safely say that Van Persie will be at Old Trafford next season.

Van Gaal is one of the best in Europe. Surely he will bring in the kind of attacking football that Man U has been lacking this season. However, at the age of 60 plus, van Gaal won’t be a long term plan for United. Let’s have him on board with Giggs as assistant under him. Giggs will be the future manager when van Gaal steps down in the next few years.

Roony has also been quite inconsistent lately…Rio, Jones, Smalling…just look like they are not the one they use to be last year….Chitcha should really be given more chance to play. Maybe he is not extremely in running with the ball, his positional play and his ability to go for goal-scoring space is exceptional. I will be sad to see him leaving.
Nani and Young has been a waste of time and they should be offloaded.

He should be happy as we all are……. I think those English players are also letting the team down. Rooney can’t deliver when the team needs h day most. he can’t even pass through a single difender like the likes of Suarez, aguero,Diego Costa,Pedro etc.he is not on those ranks. we need more quality on front of a goal. smiling, cleverly, wellback,Ashley young should offered for free.

  7. Edwin says:

David Moyes was up to no good at United! His departure was best for United.

  8. Daniel says:

D best decision man utd ever make is d sackin of moyes.

  9. Maurice says:

His form is at Rock bottom. Will his Country man rekindle his goal scoring instinct? Let’s wait and see!

While I am happy to see Moyes go I still believe in at least 4 things namely 1) we need to offload young and cleverly and make sure that chicho and kagawa don’t leave 2) we are yet to see the best of Nani and Valencia again and I think they need to get more game time 3) while Felaimi has disappointed all season I believe we can see the best in him when he is offered a chance to play up front, yes that’s right, up front. While he is too slow in midfield he can hold up a ball well, phenomenal in the air and sheer power in the box, something he showed well last season at Everton where he ended the season as their top goal scorer 4) SAF needs to get fired, yes Fired! Because of him putting his arrogance before the best for Man U I believe he had set Moyes up for failure as there was nothing on paper that showed Moyes was up to the task. He now has further tarnished a good reputation that Moyes had regardless of the fact that Matinez has taken Everton to another level and finally the commercial losses and brand / reputation all damage is nothing to just brush off. If SAF was working for a normal corporate and had made a decision that caused such damage to the companies bottom line, he wud gave been fired, so why should he go unpunished for this when he was the one that made the board, shareholders and fans globally believe that Moyes was the ” perfect ” choice? A true leader would stand up and acknowledge their mistakes, don’t expect that from SAF anytime soon, it’s not in his ethos or character to admit he is wrong. The last time he did that was in his book, but that was making a statement almost a decade later, not the same when done while a wound is healing ( Moyes ). I do hope that the board realises that nan U needs a world class manager to take the reins and fix what SAF destroyed in 10 months as he has gone from hero to zero in my book. I will instead remember SAF for his actions that lead to united falling so hard in 10 months and the reputation of Moyes that he single handedly destroyed by putting his arrogance before this beautiful game if soccer and club that in Manchester United.

Well to me moyes is the architects of his own misfortune. The mistake he made was by allow all Sir Ferguson backroom staff to depart on his arrival, I think what he suppose do is to seek there support as well as the players with this he would have get positive result on the field of play.

Moyes is not a good coach ad is a wrong choice to make him d manager of man u. A coach dat manage Everton for a decade witout no trophy n champions league qualification tiket. All these guys making dese coments are not united fans
