Liverpool Ready to Sign Roma Star Emerson

Liverpool hired the services of Mohamed Salah from Roma this summer and the Egyptian international has started his Anfield career in brilliant fashion.
If reports in the media are anything to go by then the Reds want to sign another star from the Giallorossi and the name in the lime light is Emerson Palmieri.
Last night, TMW reported that Klopp is looking to sign a defender on the deadline day and Emerson is linked with the Reds.
Few hours later, the Italian source exclusively revealed that Liverpool are ready to offer 21 million euros ($25million) to sign the Italian international.

The Brazilian born defender is naturally a left back, but he can effectively play in the right back position and also in the midfield if needed.
Last season, the Italian giants mostly used him in the left midfield position. The 23-year-old star played 36 games in all competitions, scored one goal and provided one assist.
Liverpool have already signed a new left back this summer by luring Andrew Robertson. Moreover, Klopp has restored Alberto Moreno to the starting XI and Milner was effective in the LB position last season.
In such a scenario, the Reds do not really need to sign Emerson, who is currently out with an injury and has not featured for Roma this season. Instead, the German manager must lure a top center half to reinforce Liverpool’s back line.
