Now, Mourinho needs to improve his attacking department and Real Madrid stars like Morata and Rodriguez have been in the lime light.

The former Porto playmaker warmed the bench for the European Champions last season and another season like that would be disastrous for him. He is currently in his peak years and must play regular first team football.
In the last campaign, he directly contributed in 24 goals for Real in 33 outings. In your opinion, should United splash $67million to seal his signing?

First and foremost United needs a world class striker. Only after that other positions should be strengthened. and money spent.

For Rodriguez to be worth $67M, he should be a first team player. Otherwise, there are good reasons why he isn’t and why Real is willing to let him go. If memory serves me correct, the work ethic Rodriguez brings to the game and his conditioning have always been marks against him. There is no reason for United to take a leap of faith on this player. I think the money can be invested better elsewhere.
