Star Returns – Chelsea's Strongest Possible 3-4-3 XI vs The Hammers

Runaway leaders Chelsea defeated Swansea City in their last league game. Next up, the Blues will collide against West Ham United away from home.
The two teams have already faced each other twice this season. Back in August 2016, Conte’s men won the game 2-1 at Stamford Bridge. Two months later, Bilic’s side ousted Chelsea from the EFL Cup by beating them 2-1. Who will come out on top this time around?
Chelsea have arguably been the luckiest team as far as injuries are concerned. At the moment, there are no injury or suspension concerns for the Italian boss.
We can expect majority of the players, who featured against the Swans last weekend, to retain their places in the starting XI.
Antonio may make only one change in the starting team. Nemanja Matic will probably return and replace Spanish international Cesc Fabregas to partner N’Golo Kante in the center of the park for the visitors.
