Filipe Anderson LazioChelsea will not be taking part in the UEFA Champions League next season after a dismal last campaign saw them finish 10th in the Premier League.
The Blues must bring in quality players this summer if they are to have any chance of winning the league title under the management of Italian boss Antonio Conte.
As far as the transfers are concerned, Chelsea have already signed Michy Batshuayi from Marseille to improve their strike-force. Moreover, reports suggest that they are closing in to sign Brazilian playmaker in the form of Felipe Anderson from Serie A side Lazio (Gazzetta World).
The 23-year-old Samba playmaker featured in 47 games for the Italian side last season and directly contributed in no fewer than 15 goals (9 goals and 6 assists).
The former Santos star can play anywhere in the attacking midfield but his preferred starting position is the left wing. Here is how Chelsea will line up with Felipe Anderson.
