Tottenham have Moved in to Seal Brilliant €24 million Signing

Pochettino-TottenhamManchester United supporters will be livid if a Premier League rival can sign Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the summer and it looks like Tottenham are serious about securing the services of the prolific forward.

According to reports (Star via Emanuele Giulianelli), Tottenham have moved in and offered a huge two year deal worth €24 million to sign the former Barcelona striker.

The Swedish superstar has won the league title with every team he has played for and will be massive signing for Mauricio Pochettino if the Argentine can get him.

The 34-year-old striker scored 38 goals in 31 league games for Paris Saint-Germain last season. Over all, Zlatan netted 50 goals and provided 19 assists in 51 games for the Ligue 1 giants last season.

Spurs may have the advantage over Man United as far as Champions League football is concerned, however, United can surely surpass any offer that the North Londoners may make and Ibra is a huge fan of their current boss Jose Mourinho as well.

We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds.

No. This would not be a good mix. I don’t care HOW good he still might be, he is an over-bloated conceited fading super-star in the mould of Ronaldo (or at least how Ronaldo may similarly act in 3 or 4 years time).
It would be all about HIM in this dynamic new Tottenham set-up, at the expense of our emphasis on the team (rather than individuals). Forget it. If we could find another Klinnsman or Ginola, who would commit 100% to the cause, then great ..but our scouts need to be looking for the next big thing, not fading vainglorious superstars!

Why would Ibrahimovic come to Spurs..? He knows that he’ll be on the bench every game. I suppose that he could clean Kane’s boots for him. He’d walk straight into the Manyoo side. They need him. We don’t. We need a young striker to be hungry and try and knock Kane out of the team. That’s the way we’ll progress as a team.
Any how, he’s made very big hints at returning to Malmo in Sweden. My bet’s on them

We do not need an a player with attitude coming to the lane and further more he’s 34 if he was 24 may be, get real Poch will not go for him, waste of time
