Not Gotze – Liverpool Eager to Sign Versatile Attacker as Klopp Plots Summer Overhaul

Liverpool are in top form at the moment but over all they have had an inconsistent season. The Reds can still qualify for the next season’s Champions League by winning the Europa League or finishing fourth in PL.
To challenge for the title, the merseysisders surely need CL level players and for that to happen CL qualification is significant. One top quality player linked with a move to Anfield is Mario Gotze (Independent).
However, according to reports, a more realistic target is in the lime light in the form of Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

According to Talksport, Liverpool are eager to sign Chambo as Klopp plots squad overhaul in the summer transfer window.
Arsenal have more than a few top attackers in the squad and in such a scenario, Alex has main found himself warming the bench. This season, the 22-year-old England international has only started 9 league games for the Gunners.
Liverpool can provide him a way out of the Emirates and he has the quality to improve their attack. However, fans are obviously more intrigued by the idea of luring Gotze. Signing the German is easier said than done.
