Liverpool have No Issue Splashing $32.6m to Seal Star Signing

Liverpool have to improve on all fronts in the winter transfer window if they are to finish in the top four this season.
They do have another route of qualifying to the next season’s Champions League i.e. by winning the Europa League but right now, their squad is not good enough to win the competition either.
As far as the latest transfer news is concerned, the Reds are interested (Mirror via Gianluca Di Marzio) in signing a versatile Belgian talent in the form of Dennis Praet of Anderlecht.

As per the provided Mirror link, Fiorentina are also in the hunt to sign the 21-year-old starlet but they are not ready to meet his asking price of $32.6 million. Liverpool chiefs on the other hand have no issue in splashing the mentioned amount an could end sealing his signing (Mirror).
Dennis mainly plays as a central attacking midfielder but has also been utilized on the flanks as well. This season, in 24 appearances for the Belgian side, Praet has netted 4 goals and provided 6 assists as well (Transfermarkt).
Liverpool already have more than a few attacking players but they lack natural wingers and must look to lure one instead of focusing on Dennis.
