Richard Berankis will meet with Steve Johnson in the second round of the ATP tournament in Atlanta.
We have Berankis ranked at 87th place on the ATP list and Johnson who is 48th. In addition, Johnson plays in front of the home crowd and I think he shouldnt have a lot of problems in this match.
Berankis in the first round beat Smyczek in 2 sets, however, American is in very bad shape and have only one victory in the last 9 games.
On the other hand, Johnson beat Lacko in 3 sets, although he could finish that game earlier but missed five break points in the second set which he lost in the tie-break.
Johnson is a very good server, also this surface more fit to him than Berankis who don’t have very good results in tournaments in America so I expect easy win for Johnson.
