Arsenal have top quality players all round but still need to improve to challenge for the Premier League title.
One of the key departments that needs to be strengthened is that of midfield and the Gunners are in search of a complete midfielder.
The North Londoners are heavily linked with one such top quality player in the form of Arturo Vidal and reports suggest that Arsenal are clear to seal £28.5m star transfer.
If the Chilean international does sign, it is highly likely that Aaron Ramsey will be the one to lose his starting place in the squad.
Vidal likes free role in midfield and although he is more than capable of playing as DM, he has normally played in central midfield or attacking midfield.
Gunners have Coquelin as their main holding midfielder while the attacking department has world class players in Alexis, Ozil, Cazorla and quality depth as well.
Hence it will come as no surprise if Ramsey is the one who loses his place in Arsenal starting XI.

Vidal would be an excellent addition to our squad.Get him on board.
It will be a good combination between Vidal and Sanchez.
Arsenal made a mistake last season when they signed a forward in Welbeck when they really needed a central defender. They are going to make the same mistake again by signing a midfielder when what they really need is a clinical finisher. Also the fact the Podolski, Campbell, and Sanogo might well be sold. Arsenal should spend money where they most need it, rather than buying players in already crowded areas and putting class players like Rosicky and Walcott on the bench. They will ultimately leave if they are not given time on the pitch.
I am really surprised by such ideas if we sign this player that one will lose his place in the starting line as if the same eleven players are the top eleven and they have to start each and every match of all competitions . We have the champion league , the premiership , the Fa cup and the Coca Cola cup and there is a room for every player to get his chance and then be rested foe his own sake not to be exhausted and for the team to have fresh legs now and then . Look what happened to Sanchez and Gazorolla being played every game. there is room for both players and all players and that is the role of a good manager to keep all happy as possible.
