Manchester United have officially announced the signing of Dutch international Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven.
The Netherlands star was the best player in the Eredivisie last season as he finished the season top scorer with 22 goals helping PSV to the title.
United agreed the deal to sign him early on last month and have finally completed the move much to the delight of everyone attached with the Old Trafford club.
As per BBC, it is understood Depay has cost United $48m. The talented youngster should get straight into the starting XI under the management of Louis van Gaal.
Memphis claims that the move is a dream come true for him and he considers United as the biggest club in the World and Van Gaal as the best manager in the world.
Van Gaal who has managed Depay with the national side is well aware of his qualities and has no doubt that he will be a hit with the Red Devils.

I am very happy for this signing but we should get many other players like otamendi, clyne, miranda, cavani, higuian, lewandoskli, scherldin, modric, oscar, benzema and lloris. We man utd fans are tired of hearing rumours about transfers. We want to see those rumours finalise
Hey buddy, i like ‘ow u thinkin’ bt look, we can’t sign all those players. All we need is a CD:- Hummels/Otamendi, DM:-Modric/Schneidelin n a CF:- which i think Ronnie can do if only we can bring him back home. Memphis is a good signing tho’.
You should have simply asked Ed woodward to come and sign yourself as well.

Thats great to all the management because our squad next season will have great change. But WE DO NOT HAVE A STRIKER
This is a good signing and now LVG should concentrate on signing two defensive midfielders like schneiderlin and Dourado to help the ageing Michael Carrick. Angelo Henriquez and Chicharito should be called back from loan to act as back ups to Rooney. Signing Roberto Firmino will be a good addition also with Mcnair playing the right back. Too much signing will not help the team.tom Thorpe leaving Man U is a bad news as Man U will regret it later as it will become another Paul Pogba saga. The under 21 captain is a good defender who is better than Mcnair and Blackett but LVG did not give opportunity to showcase his defensive ability.
Congrats Mr. Woodward for signing one of the most promising player in the world. However, we still need players like Roberto Firmino, Miranda, Benteke, Gustavo and Matt Humells. And please discard this two players: Blackett and Chris Smalling. United for Life…
Depay is a very good Signing for Man United.But we want to see more to come to fill the areas that the team lack like reliable defender 2,3,4&5 wings and also milfielders
