Jose Mourinho's Next Key Signing For Chelsea after Falcao

Jose Mourinho ChelseaAfter a disappointing first season after returning to Chelsea, Jose Mourinho led Blues to the Premier League title yet again.
Now the Portuguese manager must reinforce and assemble a squad that will be able to retain the PL crown, challenge the best of teams and finally conquer Europe.
Mourinho has won the Champions League twice, with Porto in 2004 and with Inter Milan in 2010 but with Chelsea he has never gone past the semi finals, 3 appearances, 3 defeats.
Who should be Mourinho’s next key signing for Chelsea?
As far as the defense is concerned, Mourinho has quality starting XI as well as depth. Moreover, they have one of the best goal keepers in the world in the form of Belgian international Courtois.
Midfield department comprise of one of the best DM in Matic and CM in Fabregas with Ramires, Mikel and talented youngsters like Loftus-Cheek to cover.
Diego Costa remains the main striker and fans will hope that he is not often found on the sidelines with injuries next season. Remy is there as a decent backup plus they may sign another striker. While Falcao is closing in to join the Blues.
However, the department where Mourinho needs to sign another key star is attacking midfield. Having let go the likes of Mata, Kevin De Bruyne, Salah, Schurrle, Chelsea lack depth in attacking midfield. Moreover Oscar’s consistency has been a concern as well.
Chelsea are linked with a move to sign French star Antoine Griezmann, someone who is a regular scorer and creator of goals.
Capable of playing anywhere in attack, Griezmann netted 25 goals and provided 6 assists for Atletico last season. The 24 year old playmaker is the one Mourinho must sign and deploy behind the striker to make Chelsea even more terrifying for the oppositions.

I think Falcao will be a good addition to the squad as well, not looking at what he does at united, remember he his just coming back from a foot injury that stopped him from gracing the world cup in 2014 in Brazil I think if Mourinho should give him. Playing time he will be back to his best so Chelsea should go. Ahead and sign him.

I think Falcao has done his part when he was at Madrid and finalizes with united. Big players are always like that. They start very well but end in disappointment. I think its time for Falcao to go to a smaller club to end his career, not the like of Chelsea which is at the verge of getting to the second crown of eufa

he can be a perfect addition if given time and space to rediscover himself after after such a bizarre foot injury..I honestly prefer to costa

    wrong business for cfc

Falcao may be another round of bad business as was Fenando Torres. I recall that injuries in succession caused Torres’ below par performance, which prompted outright loss from the £50M invested on him. Mourinho should be careful not to make such mistake, he’s good in bringing the best out of his boys though.
