11:00 Teimuraz Gabashvili – Feliciano Lopez

Teimuraz Gabashvili will face Feliciano Lopez in the first round of French Open .

I will go on Lopez here . Simply quality is on his side and odds are to good . Gabashvili is good on clay but imo not enough to beat Lopez . 10 days ago he won challenger in Samarkand but he didn’t had any tough opponent there . On bigger tournaments on clay his only good result is quarterfinal in Houston where he beat Isner .

Lopez had a great result in Quito in February where he played in final , than he played in quarterfinal of Houston , but on other tournaments he didn’t go further than 2nd round . However this season he looks good on clay he serving very good and he improve his play from base line a lot so I think he can beat Gabashvili today .
