Mourinho is likely going to make a few changes to the starting lineup that played against Tottenham in the final.

Expect Courtois to return as goalie in place of Cech. Winter signing Juan Cuadrado should start in place of Willian versus West Ham. Lastly, Oscar should return to the starting XI in place of Zouma who played in midfield on Sunday.
Matic is still suspended for another game but Chelsea have enough quality to see off the challenge of West Ham.
