Udinese is a team that so far is doing fairly well. They are one of the better teams in Italy with great potential in offence.
They have a tendency to initiate quick counter-attacks, something which can be very dangerous, especially to a team like Sassuolo.
Additionally, Sassuolo have shown to have weakness against 3-5-2 or similar formations. Such tactics give them a fair ammount of trouble and can't make game-deciding plays. The fact that they suffered a devastating 0-7 loss against Inter shows that they don't feel comfortable going up against a strong midfield. After their win versus AC Milan Sassuolo are somewhat overrated and Udinese are completely capable of securing a win.
