Real Madrid away from home in Europe didn't score more than 76 points this year. They play a more defensive basket, very slow and i think they couldn't do more than 80/85 points today.
Nizhny at home do the same, they scored 88 points against Sassari (italian team without IQ and defense), and then 66 and 55. Today i think they could do no more than 70/75 points so this spread is too high. It was probably based on the previous match, where Real shot with great precision a lot of three pointers and the two teams played a fast basketball. Today will not be the same, a good pick for Euroleague.
