Manchester United Close in to Secure Vital Signings

cuadradoRed Devils will face Everton at Old Trafford today and will hope to win back to back games for the first time under van Gaal.
Manchester United are still far from a title winning team mainly because they have not got enough quality and depth in all the departments.
The Attacking setup is perfectly fine with the arrival of Falcao and Angel Di Maria. However, the midfield and defensive concerns still remain a big problem.
The Dutch manager is looking to solve the dilemmas in the winter transfer window but for that United will again have to splash heavy cash like they did in the summer transfer market.
According to reports, Manchester United are close in to secure £70m Cuadrado and Strootman signings from Serie A.
As per the provided link, Louis van Gaal’s compatriot Kevin Strootman remains the key midfield signing, one that they did not make because the Netherlands star was not fit.
Although, he is not fit yet, but come the January transfer window he is likely to be playing for Roma and United are ready to pay £40m to hire his services.
Moreover, the Red Devils also want someone who can play as a wing back as well as an attacking winger and Cuadrado completely fills the bill.
It will take around £30m to sign the Colombian international from Fiorentina.
Signing the mentioned stars is easier said than done, mainly in the January transfer window. Can United somehow secure their signings in the next market, only time will tell.
