CONFIRMED – Arsenal Hope to Lure Another Star Signing Soon

Arsenal Ramsey WengerArsenal have been busy in the summer transfer window and thus far have lured quality stars to the Emirates.
Yesterday, the Gunners blew Manchester City away with a brilliant performance in the community shield and boss was largely impressed as Wenger claimed:

“I would say overall it was a united team performance and it was a first half of quality, togetherness and good movement”

Adding to that Wenger also stated that he is happy with the business Arsenal have done this summer and confirmed that there might be more to come.
Yet again, Arsenal sold another of their captain as this time Thomas Vermaelen departed. However, the Belgian international was far from his best in the past two seasons and wanted more game time.
For now, Gunners have a solid central defense partnership in Koscienly and Mertesacker but the depth in department is not there. Hence, Arsenal must sign a center half. Arsene stated

“If I can find another center back I will do it”

Gunners are linked with a move for Liverpool center half Daniel Agger whose future with the merseysiders is in doubt now that Reds have lured Dejan Lovren from Southampton.
Arsenal opted to not sell Vermaelen to a PL rival in United and can expect Liverpool to do the same with Agger. Nevertheless, Arsene Wenger confirmed that the club will be busy this month looking for another star signing.

“I think August 15 to 30 will be busy again,”
“I’m very happy [with our business] and I’m still open to doing more.”

  2. Richard says:

Cong! Chambers, the most committed player. Please Wenger add more two players in the position of DM and CD and probably a deadly striker to support Sanogo and please stop early substitution of Yaya Sanogo, he is powerful and always good at holding defenders and holding ball, he doesn’t give up easily on ball. He is a player going to save Arsenal if used well. Wish you good LUCK through this season!

  3. Delford Magaya says:

Arsene Wenger must be very careful, winning the Charity Shield does not mean that Arsenal is a strong team. He has to be very careful not to panic and start dishing out young players on loan. Campbell should stay with Arsenal, he should not go on loan again, there are so many games to play, before the season kicks off and Wenger should not send the players such as Podolski, Gnabery and Campbell on loan. this very degerous because they will be so many injuries during the course of the season. Players need rotation, because the games are massive, Wenger have experienced it last season and there is no reason to let Campbell , Gnabery or Podolski leave. I think every funds at Arsenal want to see Campbell in Arsenal line up. So if Arsene Wenger makes mistake this coming season again, I do not see him being in favour of Arsenal Supporters.

  4. Matheus Hambiya says:

Players like campell. Should end up the loans move for every past years! So we want a tittles this seasons!

  5. Ubong Essien says:

Arsene Wenger should not forget what happened to him and entire team last season due to no back up of the first team players who were injured. Those young boys should be kept incase of injuries. Arsenal Management should not be in the hury to cash money instead Wenger should make a progress bring in two or more players to Emirate.
