Liverpool fans will be furious with the latest transfer news about one of their targets Konoplyanka.
According to Daily Mirror, Manchester United are set to sign the Ukranian playmaker by splashing $20 million for the Dnipro star.
Liverpool were desperate to lure him in the winter transfer window when even the player wanted to join but for some reason the merseysiders failed to close the deal within deadline.
Nevertheless, failure to lure Salah or Konoplyanka in winter did not backfire as Liverpool youngster Raheem Sterling was in sensational form since the turn of the year.
However, now Liverpool will be playing Champions league next season and need more quality depth. Instead of securing Konoplyanka first, Reds are that close to sealing a deal for forward Rickie Lamber from Southampton.
