With Manchester City’s victory last night against Aston Villa, it is confirmed that Chelsea will finish the season trophy-less.
This will be the first time that Jose Mourinho will fail to win a trophy for the blues in a full season in charge and for a team like Chelsea, it is major set back.
Not to forget, the two managers before Mourinho left the club winning major prizez. Di Matteo got sacked having won CL and FA Cup.
Last season interim manager Rafael Benitez won Europa League with blues and departed at the end of last season.
Arsenal are favorites to end their long trophy drought by winning the FA Cup this season, still 9 years is a long long time.
For some reason, Chelsea opted to mock London rivals Arsenal big time in their player of the year 2014 vide.

Arsenal had a thinnish squad and losing Ramsey, Walcott, Chamberlin, wilshire and Ozil to injury really hurt.
Sure we had some away thrashings but usually after long away champions league contests, tired players after the above injuries and playing with 10 men.
Chelsea came to Emirates and parked the bus. United and City did the same.
We beat Liverpool at home in the league and the cup.
In the FA cup we played all premier league clubs until the semi.
Manchester City – Probbaly deserve the title, fantastic squad (albeit Arab money)

They have a right to ridicule us – seeing who our manager is and the stunts he pulls in the transfer markets.

Moriniho is a PARROT and disrespectful to any one. he has to say many things to quench his thirst of talking. He forget the personality of a genuine manager.
