Arsenal Star – Liverpool Toughest & Deserve to be Top

Liverpool have been the best team by some distance since the turn of the year and for now favorites to win the Barclays premier league.
Not so long ago, Arsenal had a healthy lead over the merseysiders but since their encounter at Anfield, Liverpool have not stopped winning and lead gunners by 10 clear points.
The merseysiders have ripped teams apart for fun, especially at the fortress of a home ground.
In form Arsenal visited Liverpool being tpp of the table and with 31 game unbeaten partnership of Kosicleny and Mertesacker. However, within 20 minutes, Liverpool were 4 goals to the good and the game was all but lost.
Not even the heartiest Arsenal supporter can claim that the defeat was luck because it was sheer brilliance from Liverpool, acknowledged by everyone.
One Arsenal player who has openly praised Liverpool for their performance is former Bayern star Lukas Podolski
Podolski was on the bench when Reds were thrashing his team mates and could do nothing to change the match as he was brought on when the visitors were 5-0 down.
Still, Podolski was surely impressed by what he saw and lately when an Arsenal fan asked about the toughest team Poldi has faced this season. The German international tweeted Liverpool and also claimed that they deserve to be top of the premier league.
