Giroud Ousted – Arsenal's Probable XI vs Manchester City

Giroud Arsenal 12After a shameful defeat received at the hands of Chelsea last weekend, Gunners needed to bounce back with a win against Swansea to stay in the title race but they failed again.
It will be fair to say that Arsenal’s major concern now is to stay in the top 4 and win the FA Cup to avoid further embarrassment.
Things can still get worse in the league as the fixtures are not getting any easier at the moment.
Gunners will face Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday and the sky blues are in blistering form at the moment.
The 2012 champions dismantled Arsenal 6-3 at the Etihad stadium and are well aware of the fact that a win is significant if they want to win the title again.
Arsenal are bound to make several changes. Giroud should be ousted for one as he has been the worst player for the Gunners since the turn of the year. Much effective Poldi stays on the bench which is baffling and he should start vs City.
On the other hand, new winter signing Kallstrom should make his first start after decent outing against Swansea. Here is Arsenal’s probable XI vs Man City.

That’s a bold and no doubt necessary line up, the best one we can put together, but I don’t see Wenger dropping Arteta because of what seems to be his loyalty to the man, even at the expense of the team.

I totally disagree with Giroud being d worst player since the turn of d new year.dat award should go to carzola cos he hasn’t done 1/4 of what he did last season dis season. No assist, always loosing d ball, wrong passes and poor decision making. Giroud on d other hand has scored 5 goals in his last 3 matches at d Emirate, a point worth noting tho not saying he is world class or d best striker

cazorla has been disappointing, but in last 3-5 games, giroud and arteta have sucked so bad that if they dont get replaced, wenger is sending a message that he’s ok w mediocrity.
[ actually i think wenger’s problem is a combination of being delusional about the abilities of his players and being a little too accepting of defeat]
    pod should start for giroud.
    kallstrom for arteta.
i hate how wenger sticks w players who dont perform.
