Arsenal fans had to wait for too long to see their new winter signing Kim Kallstrom in action as he got the chance in the midweek game against Swansea.
The Swedish international immediately showed his talents and proved that he can be major player for gunners in the closing stages of the season.
Spanish international Mikel Arteta has been largely inconsistent in central cum defensive midfield role in the second half of the season.
After coming on, Kallstrom showed maturity and the skill that perhaps Arteta has been lacking.

There is no doubt that he should be starting if fit alongside Flamini in the central midfield.

The major problem we have is our medical staff,hw good would have been Diaby Walcott,Rambo,Ozil,Jack on the field of play,Diaby would have match the strength of the likes Yaya Toure,Matic,Martinez of Baryern and all other power house midfilders. Wenger should buy sum1 else who can do the dirty business in the midfield.
Couldnt watch that game but wld like to admit that a players quality is not measured in just one pass in a game . We have to be commenting on his abilites to tackle , keep the ball , open PASSES , cover when others move forward …….. Lets hope our new signing of Kallstrom is mentally strong to stand these qualities but at thesame token praise Arteta for keeping up the midfield alive that has seen us stand at the top before the slump .
