Klopp Ready to Get €35m-€40m Star Signing Done for Liverpool

As per recent reports, the Anfield club are linked with more than a few top quality attacking midfielders. We recently covered a report (via Mirror) claiming that Klopp wants to sign Dortmund star Ousmane Dembele this summer.
Now, once again, Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic is in the focus. The Croatian international played for Dortmund under the management of Jurgen Klopp. Therefore, the German boss is aware of his qualities.
Liverpool did want to sign Ivan in the winter transfer window as well but he eventually stayed with the Italian side. Back then, La Gazzetta Dello Sport claimed that the Croat is rated around €35m-€40m.
Now, according to Italian source Tutto Mercato Web, Klopp is ready to splash a fee of €35million to seal the signing of Perisic from the Nerazzurri.
Inter have mainly utilized Perisic on the left wing but he can also play on the right flank and as a secondary striker as well.
This season, the former Wolfsburg star has featured in 27 league games, scored 9 goals and also provided 6 assists. Ivan was one of Croatia’s top players in the Euro 2016 and he has netted 16 times in 55 senior caps for his nation.
