Liverpool's $33million Offer for Star will be Accepted

Brendan Rodgers LiverpoolLiverpool have done great business so far in the transfer window this summer having secured more than a few key signings.
However, reports suggests that the merseysiders are still keen to add more stars to the squad and the latest player in the limelight is former Manchester City striker Alvaro Negredo.
According to Spanish source Fichajes, Valencia are ready to sell Negredo after an average last campaign from the Spaniard. Moreover, the report suggests that Liverpool are ready to bid for him and an offer worth $33m by the Reds will be accepted.
Negredo scored 23 goals in 49 appearances for Manchester City in 2013-14 title winning season. However, poor second half of the campaign meant that he had to leave.
Last season, the 29-year-old forward could only score 5 times in 30 league games for Valencia. Baffling that the La Liga side are demanding a heavy sum after his poor campaign.
As far as Liverpool are concerned, signing another striker makes no sense when Reds have already lured Danny Ings and Christian Benteke this summer. Not to forget, Sturridge is also there and Origi returned from loan as well.

Up to now, I have been excited by the transfer business that has taken place and can definitely see what the club has in mind. However, then I come across a report about Alvaro Negredo and a supposed interest/offer. Now don’t get me wrong, I am fully aware of the sensationalism that the media uses and that some of the stories are so unbelievable, its not funny. I can only hope that this is just one more piece of names just being thrown out there because paying 33 million or more for a 29 year old is absolutely ridiculous. Especially as the last price for Lacazette that I saw was 42 million and he is only 24 and his stats are much, much better.

The silly season is on, isn’t it? Forget about his poor performance in a slightly weaker league, or the face that his age is the kind of age that FSG loath to spend money on! Negredo moved back to Spain cos he was unable to adjust to England and Manchester. Just why would he contemplate moving back is something the authors of that concocted story failed to consider before setting off a round of Chinese whispers!

Negredo has unfinished business to settle in England. No matter what the odds are, Negredo will return to the BPL, especially to LFC, so as to fuck the daylights out of Brendan Rodgers for bringing mediocrity to the Merseyside club.
