Man United Shock Move to Sign Madrid Star – Not Ronaldo

Louis Van GaalManchester United are only one point better at this stage last season with relatively easy fixtures.
More importantly, they have splashed heavy sums to sign top stars yet the results see no real sign of improvement.
To make matters worst, the Red Devils will next face the top two teams in the premier league and are in the books to lose the games given their horrific defense.
Louis van Gaal desperately needs quality defenders, he will surely move for a few in the winter window but till then their league position might even be worse.
The priority signing should that be of a central defender, someone who can command the box and largely increase the quality of defense.
However, Manchester United are shockingly also linked with several left backs.
Not to forget, in the summer United spent a huge sum to lure Luke Shaw who has not been able to impress as yet.
The England left back was not the only one, United signed Rojo who was influential for Argentina during the World as left back and they also signed Blind who made it into the team of the World Cup playing for Netherlands mainly as left back.
With that many options already available for one position, reports suggest that Manchester United are pushing to sign Real Madrid left back Marcelo.
Not just that, as per the provided link, United have also been tracking Barca left back Jordi Alba. What on earth is going on in Van Gaal’s mind?

MARCELO – It’s true that UTD hve now available enough left-backs, BUT the player MARCELO is a great player not only a left-back.
