AC Milan target winter deal for two-time Premier League winner

Serie A side AC Milan are reportedly looking into a winter agreement to sign midfielder Cesc Fabregas from Chelsea. The Spain international has been with the Blues since the summer of 2014 and during this period, he has racked over 180 appearances across all competitions.
Despite this, his long-term future with the Blues remains uncertain with his contract expiring at the end of the campaign and Corriere dello Sport claims that the Rossoneri may seek to take advantage of the situation.

AC Milan to sign £110,000-a-week Chelsea midfielder

AC Milan have reportedly finalised an agreement to sign Chelsea outcast Tiemoue Bakayoko. According to Sky Sports News, the France international is scheduled to join the Rossoneri on a season-long loan with the option to buy for around £35.6m in the future.
Bakayoko only joined the Blues from AS Monaco last summer but he has seemingly dropped down the pecking order after struggling to adapt to the pace of the Premier League game.
