The Red Devils have now failed to win their last three games and will be looking for a victory when they collide against Wigan Athletic in the FA Cup.
Only Smalling and Rojo have retained their starting places. Here is Manchester United’s confirmed team vs Wigan.
Randall replaces Spanish international Alberto Moreno in the starting XI. On the other hand, Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic is out with a virus.
Next up, the Reds will face Wigan Athletic away from home tomorrow.
Expect manager Jurgen Klopp to make a few changes in the starting XI that featured against Fleetwood Town on Wednesday.
Brazilian playmaker Phil Coutinho was not part of the squad in the last game but he will probably start against Wigan tomorrow. Coutinho’s compatriot Roberto Firmino may replace Alexander-Arnold in the starting XI. The former Hoffenheim attacker may play in the attacking midfield role behind striker Danny Ings.
New signing Sadio Mane may line up with Firmino and Coutinho in the attacking midfield. As far as the central midfield is concerned, Lucas Leiva will probably return to replace Kevin Stewart in the starting lineup. Smith may replace Moreno in the left back position.
Here is Jurgen Klopp’s probable 4-2-3-1 starting XI vs Wigan Athletic.
The Portuguese manager will be without few key players for the opening fixture but new signings like Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are available. It will not come as any surprise if the duo get the nod to start for the Red Devils vs Wigan on Saturday.
Luke Shaw suffered a season ending injury in the last campaign, however, he is fit now and should be in the starting XI. Carrick and Herrera should start in the center of the park for the Red Devils. Spanish international Juan Mata will probably start on the bench.
David De Gea and Sergio Romero were on international duty this summer, hence, 23-year-old English goalie Sam Johnstone will likely start in goal for the Old Trafford club.
Here is Mourinho’s potential 4-2-3-1 XI for Man United vs Wigan.

Arsenal were on the verge of another huge upset or should we say that an upset actually happened at the Wembley stadium as FA Cup holders Wigan were knocked out by gunners on penalties.
Earlier in the day, Everton won their 7th consecutive league game to move above Arsenal to occupy 4th spot in the premier league.
The response from Gunners was quite horrific as they failed to open up the defenses of a championship side.
For worst, Arsenal went behind after gifting a second half penalty to Wigan, converted calmly by Jordi Gomez.
Having gone behind, Arsenal bombarded Wigan with waves of attack and the pressure paid off finally as in the 82nd minute Mertesacker equalized from close range to take the game to extra time.
Eventually, Fabianski turned hero for the Gunners as he saved the first two Wigan penalties and helped Arsenal qualify for the FA Cup final for the first time since 2005 (when they last won it against United).
Here are Arsenal player ratings against Wigan.

After horrific defeat received at the hands of Everton in the premier league, Arsenal will look to bounce back in the FA Cup against Wigan Athletic.
Gunners as per usual have injury and fitness but still have a better squad than Wigan and there can be no excuses if they fail to win this game.
The outcry of supporters against the club and Wenger will reach optimum level if they lose out on the FA Cup as well after ruining their title charge.
As far as team news is concerned, Wenger has given team update but is certainly does not look very good.
Ozil and Koscileny are still out and it will take a few more days before the duo will return for training.
Ramsey is fit and will definitely start the game as claimed by Arsene Wenger. On the other hand, Fabianski will also start in place of under fire Szczesny.
The most important news us regarding the trio, Rosicky, Chamberlain and Gibbs who have 50/50 chance of featuring against Wigan.

“I cannot give you concrete team news because we have so many uncertainties about Chamberlain (groin), Gibbs (ankle), Rosicky (thigh). There will be last-minute decisions on those three players. They are all 50:50.”

Diaby and Wilshere will take a week or two more to be fit for action. No mentions for Podolski and Cazorla which means the duo are all set to face Wigan and might start.
Whether or not Giroud will start as the lone striker, we shall see.

Not so long ago, there were times when it was lovely being an Arsenal fan, weeks later, it has been extremely painful.
Arsenal are out of the title race and if the current form continues, there will be no surprise if they fail to finish in top 4 as well.
However, keeping all premier league disappointments aside, Arsenal have to bounce back in the FA Cup and beat Wigan to qualify for the final.
If by any chance they lose, then the situation may as well get worst. Wigan defeated Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium and are the reigning champions, hence they cannot be taken lightly.
Arsenal have to pick themselves up and win the match for the fans. As far as team news is concerned, Giroud has been utter crap and should be ousted from the starting XI to play Podolski as striker.
Ramsey returned from injury against Everton to get some minutes and should be ready to start the game on Saturday.
If Gibbs is still not fit, then gunners may have to play Monreal as left back again who was by far the flop against Everton.
Winter signing Kallstrom may start in central midfield in place of Arteta. Here is Arsenal’s probable XI vs Wigan.

Tonight, Champions League chasing Arsenal host relegation threatened Wigan Athletic at The Emirates Stadium. And with so much on the line for both clubs, this could well be considered as potentially the biggest game of the season so far.
The implications are simple. Wigan have to win to keep alive their hopes of survival, a draw will most likely not be enough as Sunderland in 17th have a +11 better goal difference than The Latics and it would take a massive goal swing for any miracle to occur. A loss will confirm relegation tonight after an 8 year spell in the top flight.
Arsenal will be looking to win the game so as to overtake rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the battle for a top four finish. A draw or a loss will still keep them in with a chance of making it, but Spurs will have the advantage going into the last game of the season this Sunday.
It has been 10 days since Arsenal last played, but that will have given Arsene Wenger plenty of time to come up with a plan for his team tonight and ensure that they are focussed on the task at hand. Olivier Giroud is the only absentee for The Gunners tonight as he serves the last game of his suspension. While Theo Walcott could be a frontrunner to take his place up front tonight, I believe Wenger will opt to play him on the right side again and have Lukas Podolski playing in the centre instead. Walcott has scored in each of his last two matches but his manager still seems to favour playing him out on the wing. Because of how much is at stake tonight, the manager will likely stick with what has got them results in recent matches even if not by a particularly large margin instead of taking a risk and trying something new that could potentially backfire on them big time.
While the home side have had plenty of time to prepare for this, the same can’t be said for the visitors who played as recently as 3 days ago when they stunned Manchester City and won the FA Cup at Wembley Stadium thanks to Ben Watson’s last-minute goal to win it 1-0. While Roberto Martinez might have a headache from all the celebrating, he could certainly have a selection headache too with regards to tonight’s game.
Tiredness might well play a factor in who he decides will start this match, plus he isn’t helped any further by the fact that defensive players such as Maynor Figueroa and Ronnie Stam are missing through injury. Regardless of all those setbacks, Wigan do have a slightly better away league record this season than their home one and while they may have suffered a costly defeat to Swansea City last week, Martinez will be hoping the success from Saturday along with the boost in morale and confidence will help see his side through to the right result tonight.
These sides met here roughly around this time last season when Wigan were still fighting to stay up and they managed to come away with a 2-1 victory. At this stage of the season given the reputation they’ve built for being able to pull off the unthinkable, rule them out of a result at your own peril. While this time around Arsenal do have a lot more at stake themselves, it will surely drive them on even more to avoid a potential upset.
With so much on the line, this tie will have so many people glued to television screens tonight for all sorts of different reasons just to see how this massive fixture unfolds and how it will set up the final day of what has been another thrilling Premier League season.
