The 22-year-old playmaker, who can be deployed at either flank, has been in fantastic form for the Primeira Liga side this season.
In 29 appearances in all competitions, so far, the Seleccao star has scored 9 goals and provided 8 assists. He is a pacy attacker, who has got the skills to be a hit in the Premier League.
Liverpool already have top quality stars like Mane and Salah, who occupy the wide positions for the Merseysiders under the management of Klopp.

We believe that this rumor is absolutely insane and there is no way Spurs could actually be interested in the 25-year-old defensive midfielder. Why?
Spurs have already got two top class play breakers in their squad. Eric Dier was brilliant in the holding midfield role in the 2015-16 campaign.
