Now, according to Daily Mail, the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City are plotting big money moves for the 26-year-old star.
The Merseysiders badly need a rock solid defensive midfielder in the team and that role can be effectively played by Jean Michael Seri.
This season, Seri has mainly played in the DM role for Nice and in 17 appearances (all competitions), he has netted 1 goal and provided 4 assists.
The British source have mentioned that even PSG are interested in Seri, but he mainly wants a move to the Premier League.
