Liverpool Ready to Seal Deal for £14m Winger this Month

Brendan Rodgers’s side sit joint second in the premier league and are currently 5 points behind leaders Arsenal.
Gunners will be facing Manchester United at Old Trafford next and Reds have Fulham so there might be a chance to close the gap.
Liverpool have started the season well but normally they have a habit of performing brilliantly in one half of the season. Which inevitably ruins their season.
For them to qualify for the Champions league after 4 years wait, consistency plus top quality signings are required and perhaps Reds have started acting already.
According to Tutto Mercato, Liverpool are ready to seal deal for £14m winger, Juan Iturbe as early as this month. However, he will be ready to play for Reds from next June.
Iturbe is owned by Portuguese side Porto but currently plays for Italian side Hellas Verona on loan. The 20 year old Argentine is versatile and can play at both flanks.
In eight Serie A starts this season, Juan Iturbe has netted 3 goals and also provided 2 assists.
The main question, are Liverpool spending way too heavily on an unproven talent when they can buy proven quality for the mentioned sum. Also, what is the point if he cannot play any part in this year’s campaign.
It seems that 12m spent on Aspas were wasted as well and now Reds should spend sensibly. We shall see how the transfer unfolds.

Liverpool have been interested in signing young Brazilian Jorginho from Hellas Verona, however latest reports suggest that Arsenal have already held talks with the rising star.
One position that Brendan Rodgers did not reinforce this summer is that of center midfield. Liverpool need a quality signing for that position and previously it was reported that they may move for Jorginho. It looks like Reds will probably fail in luring him.
According to the same outlet Tutto Marceto, Gunners have held informal talks and the player has flown to London to discuss a potential deal with the club.
The Italian side do not really have that much money and will like to coup as much as they can from the sale of their star player.
As previously praised on Soccerisma, the Brazilian is a versatile talent.
Jorginho’s ability to maneuver with both feet and holding it under pressure makes him impressive. Adding to that, he adds to attack as well. In 7 league games this season, the Brazilian has scored 3 goals and also provided one assist.
Fiorentina are also one of the clubs monitoring his situation. To their advantage, Jorginho will not have to leave the country at least and a move to another Italian side might be a decent option.
On the other hand, a lot depends on the offer Arsenal put on the table. Wenger is renowned for signing young starlets and the talent is inevitable here.
For now, Arsenal have decent players for the central midfield positions and they are going well in the premier league but surely they need more quality and depth to compete with the very best and consistently as well.
Arsenal must make sure they convince Jorginho to join Emirates. Will he be a gunner, only time will tell?

He is What Reds Need and Liverpool may Sign him in Winter

Liverpool football club are currently joint top of the English league but with the level of competition so high, they need to improve and reinforce more to perform consistently.
Reds have a fantastic attacking lineup with two of the most in form strikers in the world Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge.
They are facing certain difficulties in the defense but Reds vastly strengthened their defensive setup this summer and in time they will get better.
One position that Brendan Rodgers did not reinforce this summer is that of center midfield. Liverpool need a quality signing for that position and now reports suggest that Liverpool may move for Brazilian CM Jorginho who plays for Serie A side Hellas Verona.
Lucas has not been at his best at breaking play which inevitably influences Gerrard’s game. The captain himself has been wayward in passing. Henderson did well in the center against a weak Palace side but again, has been normally used as a winger. Rodgers’s Allen was overall average last season as well.
Jorginho is what Reds need, not only is he calm on the ball, his ability to maneuver with both feet and holding it under pressure makes him impressive.
Adding to that, he adds to attack as well. In 7 league games this season, the Brazilian has scored 3 goals and also provided one assist.
Surely, if there is interest from top clubs like Liverpool, Jorginho is going to be interested in moving. However, signing him is not going to be easy either as other clubs are also monitoring his situation.
Whether he will be playing for Liverpool soon, we shall see but Reds should move for him in January.
