Coric can play in multiple attacking positions and his versatility is a major asset. This season, Ante has featured in 23 games for Dinamo Zagreb and directly contributed in 8 goals (4 goals and 4 assists).

Liverpool already have more than a few top quality attacking midfielders in the squad but Jurgen Klopp still needs to add new players to increase the depth.
The Reds were close to hiring the services of Croatian international and Dinamo Zagreb starlet Ante Coric in the summer transfer window.
The teenage attacker was just a medical away from completing his Anfield move but in the end opted to stay (The Sun).
As per the provided Sun link, Liverpool are still looking to secure his signature and will try again in the winter transfer window. However, they face competition from Manchester City as Pep Guardiola is interested in hiring the services of the 19-year-old Croat as well.
Back in August (Sky), Pochettino was interested in signing Ante Coric as he was mainly looking for a playmaker similar to Christian Eriksen.
Coric is a creative talent who can play anywhere in the central/attacking midfield. Last season, he scored 5 goals and provided 6 assists in 41 games for Dinamo. This season, he has netted 2 goals and provided 4 assists in 16 appearances.
