The way klopp is doing his business this summer is not encouraging I still wondering if he has forgotten that Liverpool are in champions league knowing fully well that there is bigger task ahead, he should go get nabi keita at all cost, get a striker and a central defender. He shouldn’t depend on sturrige.

Nonsense. Same as the other rumored offer of Turan, this is Barcelona’s idea of paying less cash for Coutinho while at the same time getting rid of unwanted surplus. Turan is underperforming for the promise. Rakitic is older player in decline. Either reason is cause for Klopp to have no interest (his preference for younger signings and players at peak performance is clear).
So, if Coutinho is sold, expect cash only deal. Replacement? Salah, with addition of Klopp’s preference for similar style in younger form: Pulisic.
