Yep, this youngster would be my first choice . . . and my only choice . . . at the forward end of the team as our main need is for defenders and a keeper who doesn’t make your partner reach for the defibrillator every time a high-ball is launched into our penalty area.
He’s the sort of player who could seamlessly move into a team playing with flexible, mobile midfielders rotating – as we do – as opposed to somebody like Carroll or Benteke who are out-and-out strikers incapable of playing in our sort of system.
