He’s certainly skilled at managing and motivating players but he lacks ability to read games and effect game changing tactics or players swap. He’s really poor at that. Inability to know that Lucas is supposed to be playing in division 2, or that Emre can is not good enough for first team and Lovren is meant to be a back up and not first team player is sure lacking.
