Everton are not going to sell Seamus Coleman in the middle of the season. If they did, it wouldn't be for £20 million. Everton have new investment and were not only able to keep Romelu Lukaku but brought in Yannick Bolassie, Ashley williams, Idrissa Gueye and Enner Valencia in the summer.
They did sell Jon Stones, for £50 million, but this is evidence that the Toffees won't sell on the cheap. Coleman is also under contract until 2019, which means the club have the leverage to keep him unless they get massive money. You'd have to expect Coleman to bring in at least £30 million if not £35 million for Everton to consider selling him. They'd also need a replacement. If Coleman brought in £32 million, they could make a serious offer for Arsenal's Mathieu Debuchy probably on loan for the remainder of the season with the possibility of a permanent deal if the move works out for both parties. Debuchy wouldn't be a big step down from Coleman, but is currently stuck behind the precocious Hector Bellerin at right back for the gunners.
Everton could also work a swap of cash plus Matteo Darmian for Coleman with Man U; though player swaps are very, very rare in the Premier League.
