Unfortunately great players don’t want Liverpool Torres, Suarez, Alonso, we’re now set to lose continho, even when we have had good players we play them either out of position or hardly at all Nuri Sahin, springs to mind and Jari Litmanen we need players not with stats but with the heart and desire to play for Liverpool F.C, Look at Leicester for a great example that’s what heart and desire gets you..success…

From the little I know of Yarmolenko he seems to a direct sort of specialist winger and not a right-or-left-sided midfielder who often comes inside, such as Milner. That would be a distinct change of tactic for Liverpool but could work. At least I’ve heard of him even if I still probably can’t spell his name either after four or five names that I’ve recently struggled with! Surely, there must be a few players called Smith or Jones we could sign . . .

Okay, let’s just go back to the bit at the top of the article which says we’ve been after Mane, Tello and Boufal in recent days. Mane is quality and well-proven in our league, he’d be a brilliant signing. Tello is a Barca reserve, currently out on loan at Fiorentina and NOT doing brilliantly. His stats there are not eye-watering. Boufal has mediocre stats playing in a poor league and he is said to be ‘versatile’ so why on Earth are we being linked with, in the majority, players who will NOT set the league alight if we get them? Mane, yes, a thousand times, yes, but the other two wouldn’t be much of an improvement on what we’ve already got . . . and we need to catch and then overtake teams who are already improving massively.
United are seemingly after Mkhiltaryan (can’t spell his name to save my life), Pogba, Matic and several other well-known stars and City are set to spend super-big on the very best, with Griezemann a possibility, and we are going after a Barca reserve who is not pulling up the trees in Florence and somebody with not that impressive stats and unproven in big games in a big league!

Add ‘brilliant’ to his profile and I will support it. Yarmolenko has all it takes to add bite to the LFC attack. If he is successfully brought to Anfield, I will start bragging about my Liverpool fc even before the new season kicks off.
