Species survive by adapting and changing to environment and conditions, if they don’t they become extinct. LVG is in that category, In his own mind he is one of the planets best managers, yet his methods are outdated, his tactical nous prehistoric without a plan B, he admits to being arrogant and will not change. This is a dinosaur, a fossil that needs to be consigned to a museum. It is important for United to progress not regress, and a more versatile manager replace him to compete with the quality that will be plying their trade in the Premiership next season. Klopp as already surpassed LVG and he has only been here a few months. Ranieri has overtaken LVG on a shoestring. The United board should stop dithering before it is too late to bring a quality manager in for next season. He should already be in place and LVG pensioned off.

It is true that we need change in the management of #MUFC because out team by slightly rebuilt and massively destroyed by LVG and Ed WOODWARD.
One of the things that worries me is the we all (Man Utd fans and people in general) know that change needs to happen, but I’m scared the change will be in the playing staff and LVG & Woodward (Wood-what?) may stay in power. We would definitely fall behind Liverpool come 2016/2017 season start.
How do ensure this doesn’t happen??
