I could not really understand the lineup. 4-3-3 with Firmino up front. No problem there. My problem is, why during their play going forward, Firmino was closer to the No 10 position. Llalana was in the position Firmino was supposed to be in. Despite all the possession and 11 corners, not one goal. Pretty pathetic! Can had several good chances, wasted them all. Henderson, I know he is still coming back from injury, but for the most part, he was innaffective. Another game gone, zero points. It this was supposed to be fielding a strong side, then God help us! Benteke finally made it on, after about 65 minutes. Apart from adding to bodies in the penalty area and to the confusion, did not impact the game at all. Overall, a poor performance with absolutely no answers, just more questions and with the transfer window just closed with nothing but a loanee until the end of the season. Boy, its going to be a long, long season.
