At one point we had quite a few coming through but he was slated the whole time for not spending money. That’s the trouble with football fans nowadays. They want everything immediately and if a player didn’t cost 40 million + then he’s not good enough for Arsenal. He’s a victim of his own success. Not everyone remembers how bad some of our seasons were before he turned up. Up the Gunners

emphasis is made on foreign players then on English players. I have supported Arsenal since 1946 were e in the relegation zone, apart when history says that 8 Arsenal players were called up to represent in
the battle of Highbury against Italy What we have now, just one Welshman, no offence meant.
I respect Mr Wenger for what he had done for Arsenal and English soccer in general I think that he
should have proven himself during the last 20 years, personally, I would have expected with his
experience and a top youth academy he could have produced a top ARSENAL SIDE with players from
the United Kingdom.
