We are over reliant on Dier for that purpose , Bentaleb was also injured .. , a very good defender also Fazio will be out probably in January and he is not that good also … These r the departments we must look upon not the left back ….

Dele Alli is unusual in being elevated to the first team almost straight away; it won’t happen for most young players who come to the club, just look at Yedlin. I think Poch should be looking to secure another up-and-running striker before anything else though. He is lucky that Kane is pretty bulletproof when it comes to injuries – imagine having Daniel Sturridge as your only striker! By all means invest in talented young players that don’t cost very much and are patient enough to wait their chance, but first and foremost it has to be another striker.
