I believe that the minute Pochettino left Southampton for Spurs the Saints Chairperson, and maybe the board, decided they just absolutely 100% would not sell one single player to Spurs. Kinda funny, really, that they go on about not selling to teams they are competing with: they have sold half of the population of Southampton and district to Liverpool. And yet Spurs have finished above Liverpool in five of the last six seasons. Spurs have finished fifth or higher in five of the last six seasons. And Liverpool have finished seventh or lower in three of the last six seasons. I wouldn&#039;t mind if they had just been honest and said they were spiteful and bitter that Pochettino had made a move up and so wouldn&#039;t sell any players to him.]]></description>
