Does he have to spend 100 million pounds on a player to not be “cheap”?
This “cheap” idea came from the period of time when all the money went into the stadium – Wenger had not say – and in fact, he still has no say over the amount of money spent, and he does not do the negotiations. Arsenal have dozens of employees who deal with transfers.
