Trace his record for the past years and see if Wenger buy a 27 year old if he is not a free agent or loan and pay such huge money. He can only buy from 26 going down maybe to under 16. He is a good planner and he uses his REASONING CAPCITY for the success of Arsenal Football Club in terms of finance. Who the other coach does that?
