no thats not what the statement is trying to say what its trying to say is because edin dzeko and benzema are already registered for thier clubs in champoions leaague and according to uefa rules once a player is registered to a certain club he cannot play for another team in the same season.just like balotelli last season not being able to play for ac milan because he was registered to man city
