I sincerly believe LFC will do well this season judging by the progress so far. BR only needs to address the attaking department by adding just one striker and a creative midfielder.
The likes of Metroglour and any of Koke/Pastor/Cabaye are wellcome but not Will Hughes.

i hope i am wrong and i hope it does turn around for him, he is still only young and plenty of time to grow and learn, Sturridge being an excellent example of that.

@LFC_Fan n Phil I agree with ur views.But d absence of both Enrique n Johnson killed our game plan against Arsenal given d formation we played.I’m sure it won’t continue.Fen Way can’t dish out 35m but I hope 4 15-20m.that can get real 2 talents in d AM n DM.I’m sure if we drew 2,win 1 n lose 1 of d aways 2 everton,man city,chelsea n spurs then we had started.When all players r fit lfc will do well.

@ philip W: Agreed your point met, considering a top 6 clash works as potential 6 pointer, so probably away draw is equal to a win. However, I think that day LFC’s strategy was not wrong – Arsenal was leading the table & we could have toppled them with an away win. LFC was also unlucky for the perfect goal being disallowed, otherwise from 1-1 it could have gone either way. Still, if we can reach half way point (Dec end, 19 matches) with 38+ points, we ‘ll have easier second half (home matches against Arsenal, MCity, Chelsea, Everton, Spurs & NC) & if FSG spends another 35mn in Jan, i am sure we ‘ll end up higher than MU, Spurs & may be even Arsenal.

Top talent..needs to bulk up for the Prem, we just need another striker and our attacking options look good- Loic Remy will be available for a reasonable outlay! Another point with reference to Luis Suarez..I hope FSG make it clear to Real Madrid that if they want him next season they must not sell Benzema to Arsenal..That would make no sense!

LFC is aiming at top ‘four ‘ places , but LFC has done basic mistakes when playing another ‘top four’ contender,eg Arsenal, When playing against a’ top four’ contender ‘away’ , LFC must firstly ensure not losing the match. The match, at Arsenal was allowed to be too ‘open’ and LFC played in the hand of Arsenal!.Playing on home ground is another issue. But to achieve ‘top four’ we need to collect even one point on opponent ground.
