Still not convinced Sevie G will have the legs 2 control the midfield as previous people have suggesed. Suso is going 2 b top quality but with our current midfield, it’s hard 2 c us being able utilise Suso and Cuthino in d same team. Personally id luv us 2 sign Lars Bender and Marchiso and drop Lucas and Hendo r even Stevie 2 d bench. ………..Minolgret……..

I really like your 4-2-3-1 idea for when we are playing away and we want a more defensive formation in order to be solid at the back and counter-attack with pace. What I’d like to see at home (perhaps not against the top 6 teams, it might be too offensive and leave us exposed at the back) with the idea or really going at our opponents would be:

With Gerrard controlling from defensive midfield and Suso, Coutinho, Alberto, Suarez and Sturridge all attacking and interchanging we could absolutely annihilate teams at home 😀

Can’t help feeling those formations leave us very short in midfield. With Suso and Coutinho pushing forward it only leaves 2 in midfield especially as Johnson and Enrique like to push forward. I love Suso, but can’t see him displacing Coutinho in a 4-3-3.
